Dr. Wayne Garland story is inspiring. He was diagnosed with cancer some 20 + years ago and given about 6 months to live. Living to die in 6 months just wasn't an option Dr. Garland was willing to except. He took action, seeking out everyone on the planet he could get to who live disease free. He found answers and applied them for himself. Twenty some years later he has devoted his life to helping others live a fuller, healthier life. Dr. Garland offers two of his e-books, free of charge, "Contagious Health - The Key to all Health and Healing" and "Contagious Health - How to Kill Cholesterol before Cholesterol Kills You". They are great informative and inspiring reads. Be sure to also check out Dr. Garlands article "How to Cancer Proof Your Body in 97 days". You could complete the 30 steps in 30 days, but as Dr. Garland suggests, you shouldn't rush in. Rather add a step every 3 days or so, this will help ensure your not overwhelmed all at once build on the previous steps. Dr. Garland is a phone call or email away and he does invite you to call / email for a consultation. Note: You should note that none of the statements made on Dr. Garland website have been evaluated by the FDA and therefore the products or services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. My personal note: You should learn why this statement must appear on any site that offers natural/organic therapies. The truth will shock and upset you.
